The Collaboration Center is your new best friend for influencer campaigns. It not only helps you discover creators for your marketing projects but also gives you powerful tools to manage the entire collaboration — including direct messaging through an in-app chat 💬.
If you’re reading this, it means your brand is already visible in the Carl for Social app. Congrats! 🎉 Creators can now apply to collaborate with you and go through an initial validation based on the criteria you set in your Brand Form. Those who pass the validation will automatically appear in your Collaboration Center 🛠️ inside your Carl for Social Business profile.
1. What You’ll Find in the Collaboration Center 🔍
Inside the Collaboration Center, you’ll see a list of all creators who applied to work with your brand. For each creator, you can check:
Profile – performance data, stats, and links to their social accounts 📊
Just click on the creator’s name to open their full profile with all details and links.
2. How to Communicate With Creators 💬
The Collaboration Center makes communication super easy:
Chat: You can message creators directly through the built-in chat. They’ll get your message right in the app and can reply instantly.
⚠️ Important: As a brand, you always send the first message. Creators can’t reach out to you first. ✉️⚠️
3. How to Decide on a Collaboration 🤝
For every creator in your Collaboration Center, you can choose one of three options:
Accept – Start the collaboration. The creator will receive a “You’ve been accepted!” notification.
⚠️ This action cannot be undone.
On Hold – Pause your decision until later.
Decline – Decide not to collaborate. The creator will receive a notification about the rejection.
❌ This action also cannot be undone.
⚠️ Your decision is always communicated to the creator via an in-app notification. ⚠️
4. Filtering Creators 🔎
If you want to sort or narrow down your list of applicants, use filters such as:
Collaboration status
Country 🌍
Segment 🎯
And other helpful parameters to quickly find your perfect match.
5. Don’t See Any Creators Yet? 😕
No worries! If your list is empty, it just means creators are still going through validation. They’ll start showing up soon 👀✨
