Reasons Your Brand Wasn't Published in the Collaboration Center

Written by Carl

To maintain the quality of campaigns and a good experience for both brands and creators, every campaign goes through a short review before publication. If your brand or campaign didn't appear in the Collaboration Center, it may be for one of the following reasons:

The most common reasons we can't approve a campaign or brand

1. Unclear or incomplete brand information

The description doesn't make it clear enough who you are, what you do, and what the collaboration is meant to involve.

2. The campaign promotes an individual rather than a brand

At Carl, we connect creators with brands — a campaign must serve to promote a brand, not an individual. Creators can use the Carl for Social mobile app directly to look for campaigns and collaborations that brands have opened.

3. Missing authority to act on behalf of the brand

It needs to be clear that you have the right to represent the brand (e.g. a company email address, a connection to the website, or the brand's official channels).

4. Conflict with legal or ethical rules

The brand or campaign must comply with applicable legal regulations and respect the basic ethical and moral principles of online advertising.

What to do next?

👉 In most cases, all you need to do is edit the campaign or brand profile and resubmit it. If you're not sure exactly what to change, we're happy to help you in the chat 💬
