You’ll also have the option to link a Facebook Page, a requirement for connecting with Meta Business Suite, which is essential for Carl for Social integration.
Important: Analytics Available Only for Posts Published After Switching to Professional or Creator Account
Once you connect your Instagram account, we will analyze your posts. However, only posts published after switching to a Professional or Creator account will include full analytics. Posts published before this change may still appear in the app, but without relevant data, we cannot analyze them fully or provide smart insights on them.
This means that to get the most out of Carl for Social, you’ll benefit most from posts made after your account is set to professional or creator status.
